AntOS provides AI-powered technology assessments for startups, including:

Free Tech Score assessment and recommendations
Paid consultation services ($297 Deep Dive, $2,500/mo Fractional CTO)
Website analysis and diagnostic reports

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information during assessments
Not use the Service for illegal purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
Not share your consultation session recordings without consent

4. Intellectual Property

AntOS retains all rights to the platform, AI algorithms, and content. Your assessment reports are yours to use, but you may not resell or redistribute AntOS's proprietary analysis methodology.

5. Paid Services

Deep Dive Consultation ($297): One-time payment, non-refundable after the session is completed. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Fractional CTO ($2,500/mo): Billed monthly. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AntOS does not guarantee specific results from implementing our recommendations. Tech assessments are advisory, not legally binding technical audits.

7. Limitation of Liability

AntOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing Law
